# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It takes less time than ordering takeout and tastes like you put in real effort.
  • The heat level is completely yours to control, so you can go mild or make your eyes water.
  • Leftovers actually get better the next day when the noodles soak up even more of that spicy sauce.
  • You can throw in whatever vegetables are wilting in your crisper and it still works.
02 -
  • Dont overcrowd the pan or your chicken will steam instead of sear, and youll lose that beautiful browning.
  • If your noodles are too wet when you add them, the sauce wont cling properly and everything turns soupy.
  • Prep all your ingredients before you start cooking because once that wok heats up, things move fast.
03 -
  • Use a wok if you have one, the high sides make tossing everything around so much easier and more fun.
  • Slice your chicken thin and against the grain so it stays tender and cooks evenly.
  • Taste your sauce before adding it to the pan and adjust the heat or sweetness to match your mood that day.
  • Keep a little extra sriracha on the table for anyone who wants to push their limits.
